Eyes for Stitches Cases

Posted by Jon Fields on

One of the important parts of the 'Stitches' cases is the eye. We get a lot of questions and comments on it, so here's a few shots of the eyes in progress, and a comparison of an eye 'blank' and the finished product.  A little about the process:

The irises for these eyes are custom created and attached to the blank, then a lens is placed over it before the eye is detailed with various layers and colors of translucent paint, and finally clear coated to protect it.
